Alpha Sign Systems 'We are all influenced by first impressions'
18 Jan 2011
Established in 1988, Alpha Sign Systems are now firmly established as one of the countries main designers and manufacturers of creative sign solutions.
Based in a modern manufacturing facility in Weston Super Mare, the company offer a full in house design and manufacture facility and from an initial concept can offer computer generated graphical representations for all advertising media whether it be internal or external signage, vehicle graphics, promotional boarding, display cases etc through to manufacture and installation.
Working with various materials including Aluminium, Acrylic, Plastic and of course wood, the company found the need for improved accuracy and required a durable machine capable of offering long term accuracy with constant use in a busy working environment.
Having researched the various machines available from many different manufacturers, Mr John Teteris of Alpha Sign Systems visited a local company, Warne Joinery who had purchased a new Genisis X2 sliding table panel saw back in September 2008. Mr Martin Warne enthusiastically put his machine through its paces and proudly showed how easy to use and accurate the machine was with his particular machine being equipped with motorised adjustments to the main blade with LED display to the tilt and motorised adjustments for setting the scorer.
Following this visit, a proposal was made to supply a new Genisis XM sliding table panel saw taking back in part exchange the 2 existing machines with the price to include delivery of the new machine, removal of the existing machine, installation and commissioning. Just a few days later Alpha Sign Systems were operating their brand new Genisis XM panel saw having been delivered and commissioned to a set timescale to ensure minimum disruption to their busy working environment.
