Genisis RTF Pro

THE Genisis RTF Pro series of machine has premilling with diamond cutterheads along with top and bottom anti adhesive spray at the front of the machine, followed by preheating of the edge prior to reaching the gluepot.
 
The Teflon coated quick release gluepot has 2 independent temperature zones, one to the tank and one to the application roller with automatic lowering of the temperature when the machine is not in use. Heat up time is around 15 minutes.
 
The machine can process panels up to 60mm in thickness and has 2 x independent high frequency end trim saws, 2 x top and bottom high frequency flush trimmers, separate corner rounder, top and bottom profile scrapers with quick exclusion, top and bottom glue scrapers with quick exclusion, top and bottom polishing spray and top and bottom buffers.
 
The machine is operated via the 7” colour touchscreen and working at 10 m/min ensures efficiency and productivity for edging tape ranging from 0.4 to 3mm in thickness.
 
A further option to 'future proof' your edge banding machine is the preparation for a seperate EVA/PUR gluepot.
