We have some very exciting news for 2026....The all new series of Genisis CNC nesting machines will be introduced into the UK market for the very first time.
 
This latest machine is built to the highest quality and designed to cater for the industrial customer  who wants to grow with the machine. 
 
The standard sizes are 2500 x 1300 , 3200 x 1600 and 3200 x 2100 but other bed sizes can also be offered to suit.
 
All machines are equipped with;

Multi vacuum zones operated via the HMI (Not manual taps, afterall this is 2026..!)
Large diameter tool registration device
Dust protection for the linear rails

Prepared to accept an aggregate (typically for horizontal machining such as locks and hinges on doors)

An industrial based machine is not complete without an industrial CAD/CAM solution and in this case the machines are supplied with a very powerful but user friendly software which is packed with programming features including;
Parametric resizing of parts 
Various macros for ease of programming
Batch processing of files typically from cabinet design software such as Polyboard
Programming automation with the ability to set rules and automatically assign cutting strategies typically based upon part size and material being cut.
 
Safety - Did you know it is a legal requirement that all automatically moving machinery must be properly guarded to prevent operator access to the cutter or any other moving part whilst the machine is in use..? This is why CNC machines should be guarded to 3 sides and have safety lights to the front which stop the machine when the light beam is broken.
