The servo-controlled main blade provides precise raising and lowering for grooving operations, while scorer inclusion/exclusion and lateral adjustment can be controlled directly from the HMI.
This intuitive control system makes machine setup and operation easier, while helping maintain accuracy and consistency throughout production.

For improved accuracy and long-term durability, the Procut 3200 saw carriage runs on linear bearings, the same type of technology used on CNC machines, rather than a conventional round-bar system.
Saw carriage positioning is controlled by a servo motor, while an integrated side-alignment device ensures material is positioned accurately and consistently before cutting.
