MP3 Automatic Pin Membrane Press

Kocayusuf have grown to be one of the world's largest producers of fully automatic membrane presses also known as thermo forming presses. These machines are predominently used in the manufacture of kitchen and bedroom doors where vinyl wrapping is still one of the widest ranges of cost effective decorative finishes.
The automatic pin system emploed on the Kocayusuf press machines eliminate the manual placing of spacers or formers by automatically scanning the areas to be pressed and this information being fed to each pin which is then actuated accordingley.
These machines are available with a paternoster to hold multiple foils along with a turn unit allowing the operator to easily trim off the excess foil.
